We have entered a new level of sustained intensity in the realms of economic breakdown, militarism and social unrest. I use several methods to anticipate when we will enter the next state of sustained planetary intensification. One of my least publicized methods used to zero in on such windows of time is Terrence Mckenna’s Timewave Zero.

If you are new to the Timewave material you may wish to first review some introductory articles  in order to better comprehend this article. I have not written about McKenna’s Timewave since the Timewave report of March 2011 as I have been testing it to see if it would continue corresponding to world events. In the March article I indicated that my preliminary tests looked positive. This article is by far my most extensive report on the Timewave, and I am ever more inclined to say that the Timewave does indeed seem to be mirroring what is happening in the world.

In the report entitled State of the World Report 1st Qtr 2012: World on the Brink of the Endgame, I estimated that the “6th Alarm” would start sounding by the end of April, but world events did not start intensifying until the end of May. By the way I have dropped the alarm rating system in favor of Planetary Intensity Phase or Intensity Phase for short.

Nonetheless Intensity Phase 6 is here, and I now know to give primacy to the Timewave’s key indicator of sustained and accelerating change and that is respective horizontal and downward trends on the Timewave graph that exceed previous marks of peak novelty. As such Intensity Phase 7 will arrive some time between mid-August to mid-September. [graph 1-B]

Mckenna passed away in the year 2000 without having left us a Timewave handbook of sorts. The only information he left on how to read the Timewave has to do with the rise and fall of the Timewave and it relation to the increase and decrease of novelty in our world.

According to Mckenna the increase of novelty in our world is measured on the Timewave via a descending or declining graph line. And an ascending or inclining graph line means a slowing in the rate and magnitude of novelty—something he called habit. [figure 1 ]

As far as I am concerned novelty is a term for extraordinary change, and I now believe that the Timewave is indeed a measure of the rate and magnitude of change in the world as a whole. Please Bear in mind that the Timewave is based on the Chinese I Ching. A cosmology that is also known as the “Book of Changes” in Chinese society.

But extraordinary change doesn’t just pop out of the vacuum. For example the internet went public in 1992, and that was definitely an extraordinary novel development, but it wasn’t developed overnight. The internet had been under development for decades before it finally became a feature of the public domain.

The development of the internet since its conception in the 1960′s was nothing but a process of continual novelty, and then it was made accessible to the world at large.

The point at which it was made public, and had all the basic features of today’s World Wide Web would mark the point of greatest novelty, since it was nothing less than the planet’s brain, memory banks, and nervous system. Unquestionably the most novel planetary scaled event since the advent of space travel in the 1960′s.

The Timewave did indeed plunge to its point of greatest novelty in April-June of 1992 before settling into a an erratic horizontal trend that lasted until October 2008. [plot 1graph 2 ]

A Novelty Plunge that was not exceeded until January 17th 2011 .[plot1 graph 1] A Novelty Plunge is the point marking the greatest degree of novelty register ed within a given Timewave segment.

Since 1992, the changes/novelty involved with respect to the WWW’s continual evolution have been more a matter of refinements and diffusion rather than all out innovations. To use another example let us consider when nature evolved the first flying vertebrate. Such a point marked evolution’s greatest innovation/novelty in vertebrate locomotion. Each new species of bird since then was merely a variation and a refinement on a preexisting innovation–flying vertebrates.

Let us remember the other novel happenings that occurred around 1992. In late 1989 the Berlin Wall falls. In 1991 the Soviet Empire disintegrates. The US tested the waters of a unipolar world by invading Iraq in 1990.

The events of 1989 through 1992 were filled with the most extraordinary changes at the international level since WW ll. The Novelty Trough that included the Atomic bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki would not be exceeded until 1992. [plot5]

The atomic bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki served as Mckenna’s anchor point for the last 67 year Timewave cycle.

 

Measuring Novelty

Novelty in our world is always increasing to one degree or another, but does the Timewave accurately measure the rate and magnitude of novelty in our world? Mckenna attempted to validate his theory by plotting events he deemed supremely novel and pointing out their co-incidence with points of peak novelty (novelty plunges) on the Timewave.

I found his method inadequate because other equally or perhaps even more significant events along his vague criteria did not always correspond to marks of peak novelty on the graph. Take for example the World Trade Center attacks of 9-11. That event occurs at the top of a peak of habit as does the start of 2nd Iraq War. [plot1/graph2]

Taking down skyscapers with airplanes was a most novel event, but that event did not correspond with a mark of peak novelty as we ought to expect per Mckenna’s criteria. It was a first time ever kind of event that riveted the attention of the entire televised world for several days. If 9-11 wasn’t novel then I don’t know what is. But from a larger scale perspective we do find that 9-11 did corresponded to a section of the Timewave  depicting the most novel period for the section in question. More on this last aspect further down.

Singular events no matter how unique do not always define new trends or large scale shifts and the Timewave if accurate would measure novelty as a whole. That is the sum value of all novelty expressed in the world. Meaning that if we are to detect a correspondence between the Timewave and world affairs the we would find it in relation to planetary scaled shifts or transitions of proportionate duration.

I believe that sustained and novel trends are far more significant and telling about the times rather than singular and spectacular events unless those events mark either the start or end of exceptionally novel trends.

My attempt to see if the Timewave’s behavior mirrored the apparent large scale change in our world consisted of plotting the most notable globally scaled events and trends of the last 4 years to see if I could detect any patterns of correspondence. [graphs 1-A ,1-B].

By apparent change I mean to acknowledge that there is far more unapparent change happening below our level of direct observation.

Think of a tsunami wave. We only see the tip of a wave motion that is hundreds or even thousands of feet in height. The magnitude of the unapparent portion of the wave is responsible for the magnitude of the tsunami wave we do manage to see.

The same dynamic would apply to say the emergence of the Occupy Movement. On the streets we see only the apparent tip of the volume of rebellion in the country. I’ve seen polls indicating that some 50 to 70 percent of the population is distrustful of the US Government and the System in general, but we don’t see those numbers in the streets—yet.

By globally scaled events and trends I mean events and trends that garner international attention, and/or are international in scope. The Arab Spring and the Occupy Movement are international social trends garnering international attention.

You may see a more thorough listing of events in the article entitled The Timewave, And The Massive Tipping Point Of November 2010. Look for graph one in that article. Graph 1A  in this article reduces the amount of events listed for sake of clarity. I removed most natural history events such as extreme weather, earthquakes and volcanism. Even though the last 2 years and up to the present moment have been record breaking in terms of extreme and numerable weather events and tectonic activity. A further indication of intensification whatever its causes.

 

The Dimensions of the Timewave

Before I get into the analysis of graph one and two I want to first acquaint the reader with key Timewave features. The Timewave as plotted by the software ends on December 21st, 2012, but it goes back in time to before the purported birth of the Universe as per “Big Bang” Theory. I subscribe to a cyclical cosmos hence my qualifier of purported. Aside from Mckenna’s terms of novelty and habit, I have coined all of the Timewave terminology encountered here and in other EC.com Timewave reports.

Time for T

The Timewave unfolds as a repeating fractal form of 4 distinct wave patterns that I will refer to collectively as a Timewave Set. [plot4] We are presently traversing Timewave Set 2008 or T-set2008 for short.  I name each Timewave Set according to its year of commencement. And let’s call each Timewave pattern a Timewave Novelty Scale or T-scale for short. [plot4]  There are 4 T-scales numbered 1 through 4.

As the Timewave progresses the T-scales compress or scale down in size with each successive iteration until they reach a zero point or the graph flatlines on December 21st, 2012 and the Timewave “ends”. In the same way that a calendrical cycle of time reaches its zero day and starts the next day so could a new Timewave start on December 22nd. But Mckenna did not develop his Timewave theory beyond December 21st for some reason.

Timewave Sets compress over time such that each successive set covers a shorter period of time. For example a T-set as defined by the starting point of October 7th, 2008 to the ending point of November 26th, 2012, a period of 4 years and 1 month (plot4), is equivalent to the T-set that spanned from January 1743 to September 2008—a period of 265 years. [plot5]  And the T-set that preceeded the iteration of T-set1743 spanned 17,000 years! [Plot 6]

In Timewave terms that means that planet earth will have experienced as much novelty in the 4 years of T-set2008 as it did in the previous 265 years of T-set1743.  And the 265 years of T-set1743 are equivalent to the 17,000 years of T-set15,200-BCE. [plot6] That is not hard to imagine when we consider the following. In 1750 the world’s population was estimated at 720 million. It is now almost 10 times that amount.

A human being is to be considered as a unit and source of novelty. Now factor today’s increasingly cyber-networked population by everything that has been invented and discovered, since then, and it not difficult to imagine the dizzying amount of novel configurations present in the last 4 years as compared to the previous 265 years. I mean for those of us who grew up during the 70′s and 80′s, those times seem sleepy by comparison to last 2 decades.

I think we now have a better sense of what is meant by novelty and the exponential increase in novelty per unit of time that results from sheer population growth, networked populations, the development and application of new technologies and their diffusion. So now we’ll explore the 4 T-scales of T-set2008 and their relation to the recent past, and the rapidly approaching zero date. [plot4]

 

Criteria for Events Signifying Novelty and the Onset of New Intensity Phases

If you have been following my variously named Global Awareness Summaries then you know that I have accurately predicted the start of the last two  Intensity Phase upticks in worldwide economic breakdown, militarism and social unrest. I missed the current intensity phase by 1 month.

There are 4 key ideas used to quantify and qualify activity in the areas mentioned so as to better understand the behavior of the Timewave in relation to human affairs over the last 4 years and they are; global scale, extraordinary novelty, sustained activity, and intensification.

Let’s apply the 4 key terms to the Occupy Movement to get a better idea of what I mean. The Occupy Movement (OM) is extraordinarily novel in that it didn’t exist prior to September 17th, 2011. It is an entirely new movement that coalesced into an entity in September of 2011. The OM hasn’t ceased to exist simply because they are no longer camped out on the streets.

All indications say that the OM is going to become a long term feature of human culture, therefore OM represents novel and sustained human activity. Sustained in Timewave terms also means that we don’t regress to previous levels of activity.  Intensification of OM activity will be marked by the participation of more and more people, larger demonstrations be they overt or sublime, and more frequent and novel demonstrations of OM tactics.

The OM went global on October 15th when 82 countries participated in an express act of OM solidarity. There are active and vigorous OM movements in various countries even if they don’t use the Occupy label to describe themselves. In Spain they call themselves the Indignados for instance. Any group that stands for more or less the same agenda as OM is for all practical purposes intimately related to the essence of OM, and that is eco-socio justice seeking, and humane progress. Such groups fall under the universal term of Planetary Culture.

The emergence of OM coincided with what I termed as the start of the 5th alarm or 5th Intensity Phase.[graph 1-B]  The emergence of the Arab Spring and the Libyan war coincided with what I called the 4th alarm or 4th Intensity Phase of January of 2011.[graph 1-A]

The Arab Spring and the OM each coincided all too perfectly with the two most extreme Novelty Plunges thus far in T-set2008. [graph 1-A, 1-B respectively]

I have every reason to believe that the next major uptick in the Global Crisis will coincide around the Novelty Plunge of August 26th, 2012. Which is also the onset of T-scale4. [plot4]  T-scale 3 followed  the Novelty Trough of October’s 2011. [graph 1-B].

T-scale 3 will reach peak novelty on August 26th, but it began to exceed the novelty point set in October of 2011 around June 13-14th. [plot4]

A Novelty Trough is a period of sustained peaks of novelty that stand in contrast to a sharp novelty plunge, which can in relative terms quickly begin an upward tendency.

Intensity Phase 6 is the period between late May and the end of August to early September. The time between mid -August to mid September should see the start of Intensity phase 7.  My assessments are based on the latest headlines relative to the Timewave’s behavior. It does indeed look like reality and the Timewave are matching up once again. Events and developments in and around my life are mirroring what I am relating. You should be able to detect the same in your life and in the lives of those around you.

 

How does the Timewave relate to MMAC?

When Mckenna first developed the Timewave and set its parameters it ended in mid-November of 2012 or only about a month away from the end of the Maya Long Count Cycle (MLCC). Only later did he learn that the MLCC ended on December 21st. Upon learning about the MLCC’s end date Mckenna tweaked its parameters so that it too ended on December 21st, 2012. Why he thought to give primacy to the MLCC is not clear to me.

The Timewave is based on the mathematics of the I Ching. In turn the mathematics of the I Ching are related to the lunar year cycle and the DNA code. I have shown the intimate correspondence between the tzolkin and genetic codes. Jose Arguelles claimed to have related the 64 hexagrams of the I Ching to the central 64 units of the Tzolkin code.

In other words the mathematics of the I Ching, the DNA and tzolkin code all interpenetrate each other. If that is indeed the case then we should expect to find some correspondences between the Timewave and MMAC. The most obvious correspondence has been noted—they both end on the same date.

Some might argue that the Timewave’s end date was contrived, but as we will see, Tzolkin Cosmology will affirm their correspondence and interrelationships. Those of you familiar with Maya-Meso-American Calendrics (MMAC) know that it’s composed of many cycles. So the question is… do any other aspects of MMAC correspond with any other Timewave features?

The most intriguing correlation I’ve seen thus far involves the approximate synchrony between the start of a new tzolkin cycle and the onset of a new T-scale and/or new intensity phase and/or a novelty plunge. [ graphs 1-A,1-B]  By approximate synchrony I mean to say that the start of each Timewave aspect relative to the start of a new tzolkin cycle happens within a noteworthy period of time called a cycle juncture.  Approximate synchrony is a standard and salient feature of MMAC Time Science.

A cycle juncture refers to the point and/or time span joining the end of one cycle with the start of another. The point of a cycle juncture being the zero date or the precise day and time of cycle completion. A cycle juncture time span is a specified window of time either side of a zero date. The value of time spans with regards to MMAC is explained In Anticipating Personal and Collective Shifts in Relation to MMAC Time Science.

 

The 6 Tzolkin Cycles of T-Set2008

There are 6 tzolkin cycles within T-set2008, and of the 6 cycles only tzolkin cycle-2 (7/23/09), does not coincide with either the start of an intensity phase, a new T-scale or a novelty plunge. [ graphs 1-A .1-B] But its start is however punctuated by several key events. [ graph 1,] A case of yin yang symmetry perhaps?

• Tzolkin Cycle 1 – 11/5/08 coincides with start of T-scale 1
• Tzolkin Cycle 3 – 4/9/10 coincides with T-scale 1′s novelty trough and the onset of Intensity Phase 3
• Tzolkin Cycle 4 – 12/25/10 coincides with start of T-scale 2, its 1st novelty plunge and onset of Intensity phase 4
• Tzolkin Cycle 5 – 9/11/11 coincides with start of T-scale 5, its novelty plunge and onset of Intensity phase 5
• Tzolkin Cycle 6 – 5/29/12 coincides with start of Intensity phase 6

The Timewave, the Precessional Cycle and the Power of 6

The Timewave software that I use has a default time setting that opens the Timewave graph to display the last 6 years of the Timewave from January 2006 to December 21st, 2012. [plot6]

Related to December 21st, 2012 is the closure of a 25,770 year precessional cycle as defined by the sun’s once every precessional cycle traverse of the galactic plane. The number of days in 6 years is 2190 days or approximately 1/12 of 26,000 or the approximate number years in a precessional cycle. A zodiacal age is right around 2160 years.

The last six years may be seen as a fractal period of the current precessional cycle in which each year equals 4306 years.   The Timewave mathematics are as follows.  The 6 lines of a hexagram x 64 hexagrams = 384  or the number of days in a  lunar year of 13 lunations.  64 x 384 days = 25,576 days or 67.28 years.  67.28 years x 64 = 4306 years.    4306 x 6 = 25,836 years or 66 years more than a precessional cycle measured in years.

Within MMAC one finds that timing constants are expressed in bundles of days as well as in bundles of years and tzolkin cycles. For example the rate of precessional shift is one day every 70.56 years. So that means that it takes 25,770.1 years for a given star to return to the same place in the sky on the same day. There are 25,771 days in 70.56 years or the rate of precession!

• Precessional rate = 1 day of shift per 70.56 years
• Precessional cycle = 25,770.1 years
• 70.56 years equals = 25,771 days
• Number of days in 67.28 years = 25,576 days
• Difference between a precessional cycle in terms of solar and lunar years is 66 years.

Now remember that the Timewave possesses a fractal form as defined by the repeating and ever compressing T-sets. Well it just so happens that when you set the Timewave software to show the last 25,770 years it displays the very same fractal form T-set displayed for the last 6 years leading up to 12/21/12 ! [plot6]

I don’t think the Timewave’s default setting is random or arbitrary. Here’s why. The number 6 is integral to the mathematics of the Timewave. The I Ching is based on 64 hexagrams. A hexagram is composed of 6 lines. The Timewave is based on the mathematics of the I ching. Also integral to the Timewave’s mathematics is the lunar year. A lunar year or 29.53 days times 13 is 384 days (64 hexagrams x 6 code lines = 384). We have every reason to believe that the I Ching is related to the lunar cycle.

Numerical Synchronicities Involving the Timewave and the Number 6

• The year 2006 contains a 6.
• There are 6 tzolkin cycles in the current T-set.
• We are in the 6th and final tzolkin cycle of the Timewave and the Precessional cycle as marked by 12/21/2012.
• This report was written in the year of the 6 Jaguar
• This report was published as Tzolkin date 6 Human was phasing in.
• T-set-1743 contained 372 complete tzolkin cycles: 372 ÷ 62 = 6
• There is a 265 year interval between the start of T-set1743 and the start of T-set2008.
• The work to create this article took place during the 6th month.
• This report was started during the start of Intensity Phase 6
• There are 25,770.1 years in a precessional cycle. 25,770 ÷ 4295 = 6
• Point one or one tenth of a year is 36.5 days. 36 = 6×6.
• T-scale1 of current T-set contained 768 days = 128 x 6 = 2 lunar years. [plot4]
• T-scale2 of current T-set contained 384 days = 64 x 6 = a lunar year. [plot4]
• T-scale3 of current T-set has 266 days: 266 = 1 tzolkin cycle + 6 days = 9 lunar months, a human pregnancy period. [plot4]
• T-scale4 of current T-set contains 91 days or 1 + 15 x 6 = a season plus one day. [plot4]
• The last T-set that starts on 11/27/12 and ends on 12/21/12 (T-set2012) contains 24 days: 24 = 4 x 6 [plot4]

When we add the 266 days of T-scale3, and the 91 days of T-scale4 with the 24 days of T-set2012 we get 381 days or 3 days shy of 384, a full lunar year. [plot4] Once again we have far too many numerical synchronicities in all the right places to brush this off as coincidence.

 

Archetypal Lunar Synchronicities

The year 2006 was also the start of a new 52 year cycle. The Solar-Galactic new year as reckoned by the reappearance of the star Sirius is July 26th. The tzolkin date for July 26, 2006 was kin 209 or the Red 1 Moon also known as the Red Water. Moon and water may be thought of cosmological or archetypal synonyms. They are used interchangeably or in conjunction within Tzolkin Cosmology.

The Red 1 Moon is indicative of a new 52 year cycle for the following reasons. Only 4 of 20 tzolkin archetypes are possible for July 26th. The Red Moon, the White Jaguar, the Blue Storm and the Yellow Seed. Red is the color of birth and initiation. Red days always indicate the start of a new cycle whatever its duration. Not only does July 26th, 2006 coincide with a Moon day, but with a “1″ Moon day. One is obviously indicative of beginnings.

A one moon day means we have the first day of the 13 day tone cycle coinciding with the first day of an archetypal color cycle in which a red archetype is always the first day. An occurrence that happens only once every 52 years for July 26th. July 26th is itself the start of a new solar galactic year cycle. Further signifying newness was the new moon of July 25th 2006. Something that only occurs on July 25th once every 19 years.

Literal Lunar Synchronicities and the Half Moon Mystery

At the start of the current AA-Tzolkin cycle I saw and felt something beautiful and I prefigured it as a possible clue to further my understanding between cosmic and earthly synchronicity.

On the evening of May 28th a new AA-Tzolkin cycle was phasing in, and I chanced to look up and see an enchanting half moon grace the velvety evening sky. Eleven days earlier I had published the article on May 20th so lunar symbolism and yin yang symmetry were fresh on my mind.

The new and full moon seem to get the lion’s share of attention, but I find the half moon to be particularly interesting. It symbolizes balance, mystery, moderation and the union of opposites all in one.

The astronomics of May 20th and 2012 in general are loaded with such symbolism. I was entranced as much by its  beauty as I by what it might mean. A new tzolkin cycle coinciding with a perfectly balanced half moon. Little did I know that it was also an avant vu.

Making obsessive mental record of my unfolding reality has lead to many discoveries about the nature of reality in general. An avant vu is the opposite of a deja vu. An avant vu is a sneak preview of something looming on one’s event horizon. The first clue that one may be witnessing an avant vu is prolonged attention on something that normally wouldn’t capture your attention for more than a passing glance.

Then sometime later, usually within hours or within the day you notice the same or similar image, instance or event, but typically in a more pronounced way. Since I’m apt to stare at and admire the moon I didn’t consider it a candidate for an avant vu. I would not realize what it was portending until I was in the middle of the article you are now reading.

 

Half Mooning the Timewave

Given the relevance of the lunar cycle to the Timewave it occurred to me to check the moon phase at the cycle juncture zero date of each T-scale in question. Each T-scale within T-set2008, and within the entire Timewave for that matter may be thought of as a cycle of diminishing duration. Each T-set has 5 cycle junctures. [plot4]

It just so happens that each T-scale cycle juncture zero date is accompanied by a precise and significant phase of the moon. A significant and precise phase of the moon being its new, full or quarter moon phase. Western astronomy refers to the visual half moon as either the 1st quarter or the last quarter of the lunar cycle depending upon whether the half moon in question happens before or after the full moon.

The start of the lunar cycle being the new moon, and the midpoint being the full moon. Think of the new and full moon as the solstices of the lunar cycle, and the half moons as its equinoxes.

The first 4 of T-set2008′s 5 cycle junctures are accompanied by the same phase of the moon—the “1st quarter half moon” ! By saying “1st quarter half moon” I am differentiating between it and the last quarter half moon. And then as if to signal closure and completion, the last cycle juncture of T-set2008 (11/26/12) concurs with 12/28′s full moon. [plot4]

I also discovered that there was a full moon on the day ( 9/15) that Lehman Brothers filed for Bankruptcy or event that catalyzed the global financial crisis. That full moon also signaled the completion of Tset1743. It is interesting to note that December 21st will also be graced with a 1st quarter half moon.

Each Tzolkin date associated with each moon phase shown on Plot 4 contains a lunar archetype.

All Rolled Into One?

Aside from the 5 of 6 Tzolkin cycles that concur with relevant Timewave cycle junctures I have yet to detect other such pronounced correspondences between MMAC time intervals and key Timewave features. This is not to say that they don’t exist since I have not made the most thorough analysis possible. But what I have examined thus far informs my intuition enough to say that I believe that the Timewave displays the cumulative measure of all cycles defined by MMAC, and those cycles yet to be discovered and/or defined.

If the Timewave measures the rate and magnitude of novelty then MMAC is the numerical and symbolic code language mirroring the universal matrix of novelty and creation itself starting first and foremost with the tzolkin cycle.

Bundles of MMAC time cycles above and beyond the 260 day tzolkin cycle are either fractal equivalents or proportional segments thereof. The following examples will give you an idea of what I mean. There are 13 20-day cycles and 5 52-day cycles in a tzolkin cycle.  The cycle that ends on December 21st contains 13 baktuns.  There are 4 13-year cycles in a 52 year cycle or precisely 73 tzolkin cycles. A 13 baktun cycle consists of 260 katun cycles of 7200 days. In turn there are 7200 260-day tzolkin cycles in 13 baktuns.

Now imagine that you could compile a chart depicting the sum total of all human effort in terms of the all the various facets of economic activity. Such a chart would be a measure of the total flow of energy through human society. Energy going through every sort of transformation and manifestation now possible. Within such a process a certain percentage of human energy expenditures are converted into novel forms giving us our novelty factor.

The Timewave’s behavior seems to be reading on how much of, and at what rate human energy expenditures are converted into novel forms.

We must also bear in mind the intimate relationship between the 260 day tzolkin cycle and 9 lunar cycles of 29.53 days or 266 days rounded off to the closest whole number. Two hundred and sixty six days is the length of the average human pregnancy period.

As the most complex and novel of all known life forms human beings are themselves the paramount manifestation of the universe’s creative and novelty generating processes. It could very well be that humans represent the apex of cosmic creativity and that could be why our assembly period is a tzolkin cycle plus 6 days. Convergence: Key Events, the Timewave, the Tzolkin and the Half Moons

In the previous sections we learned about the co-incidence of key Timewave features (cycle junctures; Intensity Phases, T-scales) with the start of Tzolkin cycles and distinct phases of the moon. This section will list the co-incidence of key world events with said Timewave features, moon phases and tzolkin cycle cycle juntures. These events are listed on the various plot maps, but I think that listing them here increases informational intelligibility.

But first a bit more about cycle junctures (CJs). My study of MMAC has taught me that shift or transition type events of any magnitude are most apt to happen near and either side of a cycle juncture zero date. I also talked about a cycle juncture time span as an equal measure of time either side of a zero date.

A cycle juncture time span is relative to the size of the cycles in question. For example a 260 day tzolkin cycle is assigned a 26 day span either side of its zero date, While a solar year is assigned a 36 day span either side of its zero date.

T-scales for T-set2008 are assigned a 30 day (lunar cycle) cycle juncture time span (CJ time span) either side of a zero date. This is not to say that shift type events cannot happen at other times, only that most shift type events will fall within a given CJ time span. As defined in the already mentioned article on the anticipation of personal and collective shifts, most of what we can call shift type events will happen during such windows of time. There are many other cycles aside from the ones mentioned herein. Most of them are listed in the aforementioned article.

There are only 4 T-scales. but there are more Intensity phases since a T-scale may hold more than one intensity phase, and as we get closer to December 21st the 4-T-scales begin another iteration (T-set) on November 27th.  October 7th 2008 was the start of T-scale 1.  We are currently in T-scale 3. T-scale 3 will end on August 26th and T-scale 4 will start on the 27 and last until November 26th. Then between November 27th and December 21st we will go through all 4 T-scales of T-set2012 in a 24 day period !

The events of Sept-Oct 2008 catalyze the onset of the Global Financial Crisis

JULY 23rd, 2009: Start of TZOLKIN CYCLE 2

Tzolkin cycle 2 was the only Tzolkin cycle of the 6 contained within T-set2008 that did not concur with either the start of a T-scale or an Intensity Phase. But its 26 day CJ timespan did concur with significant globally scaled events.

MARCH 20/2010: START OF PLANETARY INTENSITY PHASE 3

This section introduces the notion of a novelty trough. Sometimes a novelty plunge results in a sustained peak novelty period that continues at a more or less consistent rate. That is the Timewave’s trajectory is a horizontal tendency versus a tendency to decline or incline. [plot4]

The first 4 months of T-scale 2 were so intense that I wrote 2 articles to cover that period. The first article anticipated the 4th Intensity Phase and the second one was a round up of activity through 3/2/11 and the Japan quake and Libyan war were still looming.

The remainder of T-scale 2 would be characterized by a continuing Arab Spring, the Libyan war, worsening economic conditions in Europe and stagnation elsewhere. And then on September 17th we would once again begin to break new ground with the birth of the Occupy Movement (OM).

The emergence of OM would coincide with the 2nd peak novelty mark of T-scale 2, and be the event that signifies the onset of Intensity Phase 5. OM also happens to emerge just 6 days into the 5th Tzolkin cycle.

Please note the emergence of such novel events with the start of a new Tzolkin cycle and the deepest plunge into novelty of T-scale 2. MAY 20th 2012: Onset of INTENSITY PHASE 6

• May 20th: Start of NEW PRECESSIONAL WORLD AGE as defined by the Toltecan Zenith Cosmology.

• May 29th: NEW TZOLKIN CYCLE
• June 5th: Venus Transit Complete
• June 14: Novelty Plunge marked on Oct 5th, 2011 will be continually exceeded from June 13-14th until August 26th 2012. T-scale 3 ends with a peak Novelty Plunge on August 26th, 2012. Intensity Phase 7 will likely start between mid August and early September.

World events and Timewave parameters as defined herein suggest that a new intensity level has indeed begun, and that we are on track to see yet another sustained intensity phase by mid- September 2012. Intensification has been registering since the last week of May 2012 and the Timewave began to break new novelty ground in early June. [graph 1-B]

At this point we will check in with the headlines that have surfaced between the last week of May and the publication date of this article to see if there is any truth to my last statement.

What To Do?

Dear friends, matters on Planet Earth, your one and only home planet are not going to get better until the emerging Planetary Culture, aka the 99% mobilizes into a proportionate, cohesive and organized counter force to the Current World System (CWS). It is the very policies, objectives and outright negligence of the leadership class that have brought us to our current predicament. They have no plans to change the status quo, but only to survive the current chaos intact and ever more firmly in control. Mind you, the foregoing takes place at your expense and of the natural world that you say you are so fond of.

The following 2 trends insure that matters will only worsen.

1.The CWS is unraveling and collapsing under the weight of its own putrid corruption. It will do all within its power to salvage, restructure and rebrand itself.

The process of self-salvage and restructuring insures a continual erosion of human rights and reduced standards of living for all but the top 1%. The world’s central banks are attempting to print their way out of collapse. The subject class, aka the 99%, will be taxed even more, and in every way to finance the salvage and restructuring of the very system that exploits them. That is the very meaning of “austerity”.

In other words we fund our very own cage with the inordinate taxes extorted from us. Our continued cooperation with the CWS insures an even deadlier, more oppressive and more effective Imperial world system.

2. The CWS does not plan to change its fundamental policy of exploitation at all costs, and that means rape and pillage until we put a stop to the madness of war for profit and wrest control of the planet’s destiny from Govcorp.

Please bear in mind that they are able to exploit at all costs because the costs are externalized. Meaning that nature and the subject class shoulder most of the costs involved with their wealth extraction operations whatever and wherever they maybe.
