The 4th Alarm is Now Sounding

Fifteen days before the break out of general unrest in the Arab world I published Global Transition Report 1: We are going from a 3 Alarm to a 4 Alarm Fire.  If you’ve been watching the news then you know things are hot across the globe and in particular the Arab world.

The 4 Alarm fire is now present, growing and manifesting itself in more ways than one. Social unrest has now made its first significant stand in the U.S.  The biggest demonstrations since the Vietnam war have taken place in the US heartland known as Wisconsin. A worsening economic situation with no end in sight means that there is more to come.

The primary purpose of this report is…

• to describe what I mean by Full Spectrum Intensification (FSI),
  to better orient you to the implications of FSI
  to list the key articles that will help you to better understand what is going on in the world from a whole systems perspective.

THE GREAT FLOOD

Twenty-five days before the breakout of January’s mass unrest I published The Great Wikiflood, the Intensifying Apocalypse and your Two Choices. The primary point of that article was to affirm Wikileaks as a rapidly emerging and globally scaled socio-cultural theme that goes beyond Julian Assange and the Wikileaks organization.

A consequence of Wikileaks or more precisely the full disclosure meme propagated by the Internet’s anti-exploitation movement was to accelerate the undoing of the imposed geo-political world order set in place after World War ll.

Indeed that is what a leading European think tank (GEAP) is saying. The latest GEAP report goes on to say that the political and commercial leaders of the Western World are still thinking in terms of a World order that is rapidly disintegrating. (read in denial that their world is “ending”)

HERE COMES THE SUN

In September of 2009, just as the Sun was starting to show signs of increased activity I published Correlating the Sunspot Cycle with the Outbreak of Wars, Recessions & Social Unrest. In that article I attempted to show how the peak of the sunspot cycle is always associated with the outbreak of wars, recessions and social unrest.

I also relate how the concurrence of the current sunspot cycle’s peak and its attendant themes is connected to the 2012-Mayan Calendar theme. The reset of the Mayan Long count calendar and the 2012 movement has nothing to with prophecies, but everything to do with cycles and with the accompanying thematic content associated with the stages of any cyclical process.

WE CAN’T PUT NEW WINE IN OLD WINE SKINS

The world is shedding the skin it has worn since imperial civilizations roared to life over 5000 years ago. Control and centralization of information has been the key factor enabling the growth of imperial civilizations since the beginning. Control and centralization of information was lost when the internet went public in 1992.

We are witnessing what 19 years of multi-sourced bases of decentralized information has done to the status quo. Newspapers have gone down the tube, TV viewing is down, distrust of government is growing and now open rebellions against the perennial scourge of society known as governments and their puppeteers are all the rage.

Excerpts from Correlating the Sunspot Cycle with the Outbreak of Wars, Recessions & Social Unrest. (published September of 2009)

The democratization of information and communication systems will continue to fuel the growth of a better informed public.

An increasingly informed public is at odds with empire building. Confrontations loom—it is inevitable. The question is when? The imminent solar max should bring us some of the most momentous and definitive events in the history of humanity thus far. Whether or not those near future events are significant enough to course correct from our present and perilous path awaits to be seen…[..]

My study of the MMAC system, the sunspot cycle, the Timewave and trend tracking in general enables me to approximate windows of time when large scale and/or a cascade of high profile events are likely to happen. As we approach the nexus of December 2012 the many pressures we are all feeling in various ways will continue to increase.

It is likely that we may not experience a collective sense of relief until some time after the subsidence of the current solar max around 2014 to 2015. Any real collective sense of relief is dependent upon significant socio-cultural gains on the part of the emergent culture.

Between now and late 2012 we will begin to see increasingly dramatic events unfold as the current world system strives to hold on to power via the same mechanisms that have sustained it for thousands of years. And that is waging war and social exploitation by those in power.

THE QUESTION IS WHEN?

The answer is NOW!

I wrote those paragraphs just as the Sun was starting to wake  up.

MEASURES OF FULL SPECTRUM INTENSIFICATION

The various pressures we are all feeling are related to the sheer pressures of population growth coupled with a socio-economic governing system that does not factor for the whole of society or its place in the natural world.

The ruling or more precisely the deranged class has designed a system that enriches its designers and operators fabulously while impoverishing most everybody else while at the same time degrades the environment. The fruit of such a system is rotting all around us right now.

Aside from socio-political and economic pressures there is something else going on. Is it mere coincidence that sunspot cycles concur with social unrest—not if it happens 80 percent or more of the time. My sense is that the extra solar energy we receive as charged particles from the Sun agitates our nervous system and so aggravates any pre-existing states of unease.

There is some research to suggest that this is indeed the case. For more sources search sunspot cycle human behavior. Whatever the actual connection, the correlation is unquestionable. We are at most 2 years away from the solar maximum and we have already witnessed a slew of unprecedented events since 2007.

Sunspot activity is also thought to influence seismic and volcanic activity. My latest research indicates that that is indeed the case. There may even be extra-solar system influences at work. Influences revealed by the MMAC system and the Timewave program.

 

EARTHQUAKE ACTIVITY IS INCREASING

Strong earthquake activity reached a low point during 2005 and 2006 when there were 11 earthquakes over 7.0M respectively.  Last year, 2010, there were 22 earthquakes over 7.0M or a 100 percent increase. The first month of 2011 had 4 earthquakes over 7.0M. Between 2000 and the end of 2005 there were 5 earthquakes over 8.0. Between 2006 and the end of 2010 there where 7 earthquakes over 8.0— an increase of 75 percent.

SOLAR ACTIVITY IS INCREASING

An increase in solar activity is expected every 10-12 years and that is indeed the case at the moment. The average monthly solar sunspot count shot up 130 percent from November 2010 to February 2011. The monthly solar flare count exploded by over 250 percent from the start of October 2010 to the end of February 2011.

What is of interest to me is the precise relationship between the concurrent increases in solar activity and other terrestrial phenomena inclusive of the human domain. I have noticed that there is both a cause effect mechanism and a concurrent dynamic at work. Cause effect is easy to understand, but concurrent phenomena points to something very unexpected. My work on Tzolkin cosmology delves into the mystery of concurrent phenomena. That is the simultaneous occurrence of seemingly unrelated phenomena.

VOLCANISM IS INCREASING

I’ve found volcanic activity to be the most consistent mega-phenomena relative to the fluctuations seen in solar, seismic and weather activity. There was however a slight increase in volcanism during the time period in question between October 2010 and February 2011.

The complete USGS report on Volcanic activity for the month of February was not out in time for the publication of this report. Activity was on track to at least equal the small jump seen in January. An update will be made as soon as it’s out.

Volcanic activity is constant and ongoing, but every month the average number of volcanoes with ongoing activity fluctuates between 10 and 13. There are other measures of volcanic activity that I was not able to perform for this study that I think will show a more significant jump in volcanism for the study period in question.

EXTREME WEATHER IS INCREASING

Whatever the precise nature of why extreme weather is Increasing is not important to this article. The point is that thousands of weather records have been broken over the last two years.

• The Northern Hemisphere winter of 2009-2010 broke hundreds of snow fall and cold records in North American and Eurasia
• Record heatwaves in Southern California, Russia, Eastern Europe, Eastern United States, Australia and India: 2010
• The Northern Hemisphere winter of 2010-2011 broke cold and snow records in Eurasia and North America
• China: Worst drought in 200 years 2011
• North Korea broke 100 year snow fall record. 2011
• The Southern United States and Northern Mexico saw record temperatures. 2011
• Record or near record Flood events where registered in Brazil, Australia, Sri Lanka, Philippines,
  Southern United States, Poland, Pakistan, China, Australia. 2010-11
• U.S. set 1480 temperature records in July August 2010
• Hottest temperature ever recorded in Timaru New Zealand 2011

There is unrest in other places as well. The places I listed are getting the most press and are the most significant in terms of sustained and vigorous activity.
The year 2010 saw at least 17 countries with significant and sustained unrest. Social unrest for first 2 months of 2011 have involved at least 30 countries.

Riots of any nature are in general another measure of socio-economic pressure.
Here are the worldwide numbers for the last 5 years.

IS THERE A GLOBALLY SCALED REVOLUTION IN PROGRESS?

The first two months of 2011 have unleashed torrents of popular uprising all across the globe. At least 30 nations are in varying degrees of social unrest with the fiercest confrontations taking place in North Africa and the Middle East.

The question is how far will it go and what will the socio-political landscape look like one year and two years from now when solar activity is expected to peak? All of the indicators, sources and analysts that I monitor are saying that the socio-political and economic trends in motion right now are expected to climax collectively in mid to late 2012.

The sources I’m talking about do not track the Timewave, the Solar cycle or Maya Meso-American Calendrics, most are non-mainstream, but are otherwise well regarded and well known economists and professional trend trackers.

We are dealing with unprecedented circumstances all across the board. A perfect storm of conditions in which the variables are too numerous and too complicated to make any kind of reliable predictions.  I will say that we can expect to see a continuing full spectrum intensification that will NOT peak until solar activity begins to subside in late 2013 or early 2014.

We can only remain vigilant and alert others to a very real phenomena. The cues as to what to do will come to as we need them.  In another week I will release Timewave report number 3.

Timewave report number 3 plots the mega-phenomena and human activity of the last 5 month against the backdrop of the Timewave graph. I will also specify when we can expect the 5th alarm to go off or when we enter the next intensity scale. According to the Timewave graph there are 3 more intensity scales between March 2011and November 2012.   Patterns are emerging from my Timewave studies and further confirmation of it’s validity imply that it may very well serve us as a map and early warning device.

If trends continue to intensify in accord with the magnitudes and scales indicated by the Timewave and if events continue to match up with features on the Timewave then we are headed into wholly uncharted territory.
